Milica Subotić is one of the leading competition lawyers in Serbia and the region. She has profound knowledge across the competition law spectrum, combined with almost twenty years of practical experience.
As one of the pioneers in this area, Milica has successfully navigated most complex and high-profile cases before Serbian and regional competition authorities and courts. Her extensive experience spans a range of sectors, including banking, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, construction, IT and telecommunications, air transport, FMCG, and retail.
She also has significant experience in closely related areas such as state aid, public procurement law and general compliance, as well as in corporate law and banking and finance.

Andreja possesses a wealth of experience in advising clients in all aspects of commercial and competition law.
In addition, he has extensive expertise in defending, representing, and providing legal assistance to international and domestic companies and their management in issues relating to corporate crimes and investigations, which include economic and financial crime, fraud and corruption, and liability of top managers and legal entities (white-collar crime).

Nedeljka’s main focus is on dispute resolution and corporate law. She is well known for her client-centred approach, commitment to excellence, and passion for providing the best solutions for the most complex legal challenges. Her clients include some of the largest international and domestic corporations and she has represented their interests before courts, authorities, and institutional / ad hoc arbitrations.
During her career, Nedeljka was a partner and head of the Dispute Resolution department of one of the largest domestic commercial law firms in Serbia, and was recognized by independent legal directories as one of the leading lawyers for dispute resolution in Serbia. In addition, she was head of the German desk department in one of the leading international law firms in the region.

SVETLANA FILIPA OBUĆINA
Junior Attorney
Svetlana is a young professional who commenced her career in the Middle East, by working for the leading law firms in Doha and Dubai, with particular focus on sports and entertainment law. Her experience gained includes major event organization, sponsorship and licensing, player contracts and transfers, antidoping, setting up sports clubs and advertising. Svetlana is fluent in Norwegian with experience as a legal assistant from Norway.
Domestically, she has represented clients before Serbian courts in numerous employment law disputes. Within the scope of competition law, she has been involved in several major high profile competition cases.
